Poltech provided removal and replacement of the main terrace roofing assembly under Lawrence Exterior Restoration with AMR Engineering.

• Demolition of existing concrete topping slab and removal of existing plaza deck roofing membrane.

• Installation of Kemper 2K-PUR waterproofing membrane along with drainage mat, insulation, filter fabric and Hanover concrete roofing pavers.

• Masonry restoration of the interior side of existing parapet followed by recladding interior side of the parapet with corrugated aluminum rain screen panels.
