Poltech Inc. is a team of exterior contractors providing full building enclosure services from roofing, exterior wall assemblies and structural steel. We specialize in existing building rehabilitation & restoration, retrofit alterations, while also providing building enclosure services for new construction projects.

We have our own metal shop, New York Metal Depot, which supplies Poltech with various sheet metal fabrications - flashings, copings, gutters, metal panels, skylights, etc. - along with structural steel fabrications.

Our projects span from classic building exterior repairs to retrofits completely changing the face and form of buildings. At Poltech we focus on providing a collaborative project team experience through consistent hands-on participation in project delivery. Our aesthetically and technically diverse portfolio demonstrates our ability to adapt to new building exterior system assemblies and incorporate them under our growing umbrella of services. We have our own management team and full labor force in order to provide clients with self-performed project delivery at a fair price.
