Poltech provided façade FISP repairs under Lawrence Exterior Restoration with PVE Engineering.

• Full parapet replacement along the east and south elevations of the main roof and lower set back roofs.

• Steel structural repairs of spandrel beams at each of the parapets.

• Replacement of brick spandrel panels between windows of upper floors below lower setback parapet.

• Window flashing waterproofing repairs.

• Recladding roof bulkheads with rainscreen aluminum panels.
