Facade retrofit reclad of existing single wythe brick veneer building performed under Lawrence Exterior Restoration with CMA.

• Removal of over 110,000 SF existing single wythe face brick to provide new porcelain rain screen cladding assembly - restoration of existing back-up wall following face brick removal, vapor permeable air barrier & flashings, continuous semi-rigid insulation, installation of structural sub-girt framing and over 100,000 SF porcelain rain screen panels.

• Removal & replacement of existing roofing at all roofs and setbacks with new inverted roofing assembly with pavers over pedestals.

• Bulkhead recladding with aluminum panels fabricated by our sister company, New York Metal Depot.
