Poltech provided cornice replacement under Lawrence Exterior Restoration with PVE Engineering for a Landmark Preservation project.

• Removal of existing masonry cornice and deteriorated steel framing.

• Replacement of steel framing with PE designed pressure treated wood framing assembly.

• Replacement of existing cornice with LPC approved fiberglass cornice.

• Application of PMMA roofing and flashing membrane assembly of new fiberglass cornice.
